According to TV Cruch's 15 Worst Reality shows of all time, Armed and Famous, staring my childhood hero Erik Estrada from CHIPS, is the worst of the worst. To illustrate the point, watch Estrada and co be tazered (thanks to Youtube). Funny stuf.
By the way, I liked some of the shows in the top 15 worst reality shows of all time list. Including Temptation Island (the Australian version had nudity), My Super Sweet 16 (remote control necessary in case you need to fast forward or pause... What, 16 is legal in Canada) and My Big Fat Obnoxious Fiancé (I'm with David Letterman, not sure why it was so good, but it was).
