Update (2008-05-16): Wrong. No 3G iPhones at the new Boston store, or anywhere else. In addition, ATandT had lifted the one phone per customer maximum as they have plenty available. So clearly, the new iPhone won't be available this week. Or maybe it will and ATTandT wants to get rid of the current iPhone ASAP...
